Здравствуйте.
Есть 2 машины с ALT Linux Master 2.2 с апдейтами. Через ~20 дней
работы залогиненного в KDE пользователя при попытке запустить
какую-либо задачу с панели KDE получаю: DCOP Сервер не обеспечивает
доступа к KLauncher. Попытка запустить задачу из меню - просто
заканчивается молчанием. Тем не менее из запущенного ранее
konsole задачи пускаются.
Это лечится? И можно-ли вылечить это не перезапуская X-сервер?

Посмотрите вывод от
ps axf
там наверняка много чего-нибудь одинакового висит и ждет, когда
освободиться /dev/dsp
