Для того, чтобы собрать такое самому всё равно требуется место на диске. Если
интересует сборка альтовского LiveCD, то поищите на serach.altlinux.ru по
ключевым словам sandman livecd. Можете на atmsk.ru заглянуть. Но, к
сожалению, для сборки ALT Linux LiveCD нужен локальный срез Сизифуса, поэтому
скачайте Knoppix и попробуйте его. Думаю, он вам понравится.
