Их техподдержка ..........(цензура).
Краткая история почему:
Перестал работать канал, юзверя паникуют. Проверяю пинги бегают только если
вводить IP - дело ясное DNS. Поднял локально. Вроде заплясало. Дальше хуже.
Наш домем поддерживается у них и соответсвенно почта не доходит. Звоню в
техподдержку. Барышня первым делом спрашивает номер договора :) (на кой он
ей нужен?- пока о пиратском ADSL ничего не слышал), отыскал среди пачки
всевозможных договоров его. А в ответ: "Менеджер, который Вас обслуживает,
будет только завтра". Потом переключали минут тридцать между разными особями.
И каждый второй втирал, что сам дурак - у нас всё ок. Но всё-таки удалось
заставить переключить на иховых технарей. Те сказали, что действительно
имеются небольшие проблемки с DNS-сервером и через 20 минут обещались
устранить.

На третий!!!! день действительно заработало.
