А иначе он не стартует после первоначальной инициализации.
Устанавливаем пакет, никаких баз еще нет. Запускаем, создаются
системные таблицы и все такое. Останавливаем и запускаем заново,
постгрес не стартует, а в логах ругань на неправильную версию
базы. Правим инит-скрипт, после чего все нормально стартует.
