Видно, не все, раз не нашел. Все там есть.

Для всех дисков сделать
# apt-cdrom add
После этого починить сломанные зависимости
# apt-get -f install
После этого ставить то, что нужно
# apt-get install пакет
Если очень хочется GUI, то используйте synaptic.
