в windows@altlinux.ru ответили бы, что надо проверить галочку в

Скорее всего, "виноват" параметр proxyarp. Если бы была одна карточка,
то все работало, как задумано. Посмотрите при установленном соединении
arp-таблицу командой arp. Наверняка адрес удаленной системы
ассоциируется с мак-адресом eth0.
