В случае с предобплаченными картами доступа сей метод идет лесом. Да,
конечно можно по IP, времени выхода, адресу NAS выяснить номер карты,
потом по реестрам реализации пунктов продажи выяснить ФИО, коее
покупатель захотел заявить (но докУмент у него все равно никто не имеет
права при продаже спросить). Нифиг-нафиг такой щастье. У вас просто
небыло такой клиентской базы, чтобы сталкиваться с серьезными
проблемами.

ISP НЕ ИМЕЮТ право что-либо делать с почтой клиентов без их на то
согласия. Применение антивиря в таком случае приравнивается в
перлюстрации корреспонденции. В меру говнистый и головастый малый за это
затаскает ISP по судам, буде у него таковое желание.
Так что сказочек рассказывать не надо.
