Увы.

Даже после старта с acpi=off, пытаются подгрузиться модули acpi, что им не 
сделать не удаётся. Единственно что, apmd теперь стартует и работает. Однако, 
питание не выключается (apmsleep -s -- работает). Повторюсь, на всех Мастерах 
и Юниорах -- работало без сучка и задоринки.
