При попытке запустить phpMysqlAdmin
PHP Warning: Unknown(): Unable to load dynamic library '/usr/lib/php/extensions/mysql.so' - /lib/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.3' not found (required by /usr/lib/libmysqlclient.so.12) in Unknown on line 0
Я так понял это mysql.so - собрана с неправильной либой - но как ?!!
Дистриб ALM Compact 2.3 просизифленный
$ rpm -qa | grep php
mod_php-4.3.5-alt0.cvs20040130
php-common-4.3.5-alt0.cvs20040130
phpMyAdmin-2.5.5-alt1pl1
php-mysql-4.3.5-alt0.cvs20040130

раз просизифленый, то и вопрос в сизифову рассылку.
вы, очевидно, недосизифили -- обновите glibc
