Есть. Должен быть описан на www.atmsk.ru, например, был где-то ещё,
неоднократно описан в рассылке (man google)

rpm -ivh <package>, затем искать то что поставилось, в ${HOME}/RPM/
в ~/RPM/SPECS лежит спек, его можно поправить и собрать пакет по своему,
после чего, опять же. поставить.
