Зря. Не нужно так делать. 
Сколько повторять можно "Сизиф это не обновления - это нестабильный
репозитарий".
Сизиф сейчас далеко от Мастера по структуре и версиям пакетов. 

Для начала скажи какие пакеты обновлял apt-get при apt-get install php-domxml
