Нужно на ixbt почитать, но по моему для АМД критическая в пределах 80 С.
оптимальная - он же разная, если конечно проц работает.

Отличные кулеры делает Glaciatech, рад им и ставлю только их (от добра добра не ищут)
если собран, то все в порядке и лезть туда не стоит, тем более есть риск сколоть кристалл
не мучайтесь, лучше поищите утилитку fvcool, в линуксе у меня градусов на 10-15 снизил temp2 в gkrellm
