Вот на эти грабли я постоянно натыкался когда пытался собрать
что-нить из исходников. Решение простое: копируете свой .src.rpm
в /%homedir/RPM/SOURCES и все пойдет как надо.
А вот почему надо такое руками проделывать осталось для меня
загадкой, но это работает 100%.
