На www.altlinux.ru пройдите по ссылке "Скачать" и среди зеркал найдёте
два отечественных http-зеркала. Если контриба там ещё нет, значит, он
скоро появится. Если один из серверов лежит, значит, поднимется в
течение 2-3 дней (на моей памяти максимум, сколько был недоступен
chg.ru -- неделя). В Нидерланды (там, кажется, третье http-зеркало)
лазать смысла нет -- там всё очень старое.
