вся информация в последней строчке.
сделайте rpm -q glibc и пришлите результат.
похоже, вы обновлялись из updates или, еще хуже, из sisyphus; была обновлена
glibc (в нее входит iconv и еще много чего), а на втором диске devel для
старой glibc.
причем то место откуда вы обновлялись. сейчас не прописано в sources.list.
вывод: либо откатиться на дистрибутивную glibc, либо добавить updates
в /etc/apt/sources.list
p.s. и незачем так орать много раз.
p.p.s. компакт и юниор - далеко не одно и то же.
