Делаться то он делается, но по крайней мере у меня в
/etc/init.d/clock следующие строчки изначально:
HWCLOCK_SET_AT_HALT=false
HWCLOCK_ADJUST=false
Как я понимаю, из-за них как раз и не происходит автоматический синхронизации
системных часов с биосом, во время перезагрузки/выключения.
Или я не прав?
