Нормально - обновить систему apt'ом. Для этого, правда, скорее всего,
придется часть шагов проделать в ручном режиме (rpm'ом).
Шаги эти касаются, скорее всего, ядра и околоядерных пакетов
(все-таки, изменения там были кардинальными, и, думаю, автомат там может
и не потянуть), rpm, libdb4, initscripts. А всякие KDE и прочую
мелочевку можно будет и apt'ом дотянуть, наверное.
2All/Alt: а что, внятной доки по миграции с чистого ALJ2.2 до ALC2.3
нет? А то ведь задолбаться можно каждому человеку объяснять, что и гле
надо доставить, чтобы поехало на автомате...
