При установке етого пакета вижу следующее :
Запуск RPM (/bin/rpm -Uvh --fancypercent --oldpackage)...
Подготовка... ###########################################
[100%]
1: XFree86-devel ошибка: распаковка архива не удалась на файле
/usr/include/GL: cpio: renameне удалось - Is a directory
Update finished - You can close the window now

Ой. У Вас как-то совсем сурово сломана система, судя по всему.
rpm -qf /usr/include/GL || ls -l /usr/include/GL
?
