Для начала сделать # depmod -a , а потом может стоит посмотреть в
/var/log/messages какие пакеты были removed а какие installed во время
обновления. Я так уже несколько раз прокалывался. Что-нить ставишь из
Сизифа, а он там по зависимостям чего-то старенькое удалит, а в замен
ничего не поставит. Потом дотягиваю отсутствующее.
