В КДЕ юзаю английский/русский.
Как можно сделать так, чтоб для отдельной програмулины (непосредственно licq)
по-умолчанию стоял иной язык, нежели в системе?

Сразу при запуске или переключится и сохранять раскладку несмотря ни на что?

kkbswitch умеет поддерживать для разных окон разные раскладки.

Мне несколько иное нужно: для всеж приложений чтоб по-умолчанию был
английский, а для licq - русский. kkbswitch вроде так нельзя настроить, но
может можно, например, скриптиной при старте licq переключить раскладку на
нужную или еще как-то?
