Назвать нормальным это никак нельзя!
Для винчестера включение/выключение это износ- в 98 винде было по
умолчанию отключения винта через один час и было очень много
недовольных. И в линукс по умолчанию винт при простое не отключается.
Говорят даже, что для винта один раз выключить/включить все равно что 10
часов работы.
Я заметил, что у меня в последний раз он нормально выключился, не
завелся снова. Видимо, задержку какую-то надо ввести перед выключением
винта, чтоб все успело на него скинуться до выключения питания.
