Поставил тут себе ядрышко 2.4.24 на смену 2.4.22, перепрыгнув через
23-е. есть таки польза в локальных уязвимостях :-)
и обнаружил, что вдруг заработал ACPI (m/b Soltek Sl-65EP+) нормально.
так что имеет смысл.
