Это mplayer ругается? Тогда посмотреть в какой файл он
предлагает сделать echo 1024 >, оторвать /proc/sys/, заменить "/"
на "." и прописать в /etc/sysctl.conf ;-)
P.S.
# echo "dev.rtc.max-user-freq = 1024" >> /etc/sysctl.conf
# sysctl -p /etc/sysctl.conf
Вторая строчка выполняется автоматически при загрузке.
