./configure -- help
После внимательной вычитки запускать тот же configure
уже с нужными опциями.
make
make install
Это если из тарболла ставить. Причём там несколько тарболлов,
так что эту процедуру нужно будет проделать несколько раз.
Про Мастер 2.0 не скажу, а на 2.2 ALSA так ставится и работает.
Но, вообще, если Вы новичок, то установку такого не самого
простого пакета, как ALSA, из исходников -- вряд ли можно
рекомендовать.
