Тоже озадачивался подобным вопросом (в Е-бурге), пришёл к выводу,
что dial-up в настоящее время для меня гораздо более выгоден.
Судите сами: по dial-up я за час могу скачать 10МБ и это будет
стоить всего от 6 до 15 рублей, за те же мегабайты в локалке я
заплачу уже 60 р. Почта у меня практически бесплатная - плачу
только за время соеденения, для рассылок от АльЛинукса это около
мегабайта в сутки - всего 5 минут. Во всех локалках (наших) почта
приравнивается к иногороднему трафику.
Единственный плюс - круглосуточная аська, но так ли сильно
она нужна?
