Да, есть такая особенность. Я тоже поначалу с этим заморачивался - такое ощущение что ты подписываешься на рассылку на английском языке. Кстати, на том же русском сайте Mandrake подписка не вызывает никакой сложности.
Просьба к разработчикам:
1.Сделайте,пожалуйста, страничку для русскоязычной рассылки на русском языке.
2. Письма с подтверждениями на русском языке и продублируйте текст в письме в двух кодировках koi8-r и cp1251 (многие же переходят с Вин.)
