PPTP это point to point tunnel protocol

Если нет проблем на клиенты поставить PGP (7.0.3) - то лучше Free/Swan
использовать.
Только его нужно пропатчить на предмет поддержки x509 сертификатов.
Но это в Инете описано хорошо.
