Вот с этого и надо было начинать ;) надо бы сразу сказали что
речь идет о raw devices для oracle, тут вам смогут помочь
только dd но лучше всётаки пользоваться оракловыми средствами.
В продолжение темы могу предложить также внимательно посмотреть на базу и
решить дейсвительно ли нужны raw device ? Из моего опыта (я мы oracle
ставим очень много и на разные UNIX-ы) использование rd не оправдано в
большинстве случаев.
