Вообще-то KDE у меня отсутствует как класс - я сижу в fluxbox-е,
где файлов настройки - раз-два и обчелся. Однако запуск IceWM,
Enlightenment, WindowMaker-а ни на что не влияет - так-что
настройки оконного менеджера ни на что не влияют. Если следовать
Вашей логике, то это - влияние "винигрета настроек самих Х-ов и
xxkb", но у последней - настройки по умолчанию (т. е.
конфигурационный файл в домашней директории отстутсвует), а у Xов
- какие ещё настройки, кроме XF86Config/XF86Config-4? Просветите
нас, тёмных, плиз...
Иван Паскаль тоже был весьма удивлён этой ситуацией.
