Леш, там бы проверку сделать при записи -- точнее, пишем не сразу
в файл, а в левый, потом пытаемся переименовать оригинал в
сторонку, переименовать новый в оригинал -- и только если все
удалось, прибивать старый. Или сохранять как *~.
Наступал не раз, обычно пропустив закончившееся (после масштабной
сборки, например) место в /home.
