Копать в сторону "partial reverese-zone delegation", RFC2317,
ftp://ftp.ripe.net/rfc/rfc2317.txt. BIND(8|9) точно умеет это
делать и вроде даже в документации к нему было описано как ...
Опять же, можно поинтересоваться у своего провайдера - это
достаточно распространная конфигурация при делегировании блоков
сетей с длиной маски < 24.
