Оказалось, что для синхронизации я использую тот же сервер
ntp0.zenon.net, и всё с ним нормально:

Реже я пользуюсь сервером cisco0.Moscow.ST.net, и столь же
успешно:

13:11:18 MSD 2003 (1) 15 Dec 21:19:16 ntpdate[6607]: adjust time
server 194.67.0.253 offset 0.015871 sec
