Ну тогда я вообще ничего не понимаю. Этот файл я нашёл сам, данную
строку уже прописал (она должна быть в разделе [Arts], я ничего не
путаю?) Сейчас даже удалил из указанного файла всё, кроме одной этой
настройки.

[Arts]
StartServer=false

А звук всё равно есть :-(
