Кол-во мессаг, за некоторый период возвращенных серверу рассылки почтовым
сервером получателя (в данном случае хотбоксом). Т.е. сначала тебе просто
не идут письма (отпинываются твоим сервером), а потом твой адрес вообще
отключается (чтобы не спамить сервер рассылки баунсами). Включаться
обратно - руками на странице опций (где-то внизу). Но это временно, а
вообще единственный выход - смена адреса (точнее, сервера). Кстати, с
хотбоксом вроде часто глюки.
