Вопрос: являются ли скомпилированные питоньи модуля, во-первых,
платформенно-независимыми (то есть, можно ли таскать питоний байткод
на разные архитектуры) и, во-вторых, версионно-независимыми, точнее,
можно ли бинарники, скомпилированные python-2.2, использовать в
python-2.3? Если ответ на послений вопрос - "да", то тогда возникает
еще один вопрос: при установке через distutils.core.setup модули уезжают
в /usr/lib/python<major>.<minor>, что не очень удобно, т.к. приходится
перебирать все питоньи модуля при апгрейде питона.
Наверное, лучше все же, чтобы было сделано как в perl, где модуля
уезжают в /usr/lib/perl5, что позволяет производить апгрейд гораздо
менее болезненно.
