^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ самое узкое место.
А теперь берем ваши 3,5 - 4 Кбайт/с умножаем на 8 и получаем реально ~ 32 килобита в секунду.
Что у нас и обеспечивается :)
