Такое ощущение, что вы не понимаете, что нужно для диагностики проблемы.
Попробуйте так:
1. Добавьте пустую строку в конец /var/log/maillog.
2. Запустите service postfix start.
3. Посмотрите в конец файла /var/log/maillog.
