Странные вы, однако, вопросы задаете... Ну откуда ей быть в
природе, если в официальном дистрибутиве ее нет, а дистрибутив
этот только что вышел? Если уж так хочется эту русификацию
заполучить, так попытались бы связаться с Dan Korostelev
(которому принадлежит русификация других частей xfce), или
уж прямо с автором xfce (лично для меня последняя возможность
труднодоступна, т. к. у них там спам-фильтр режет все письма
с обратными адресами типа /*@(new|hot)?mail\.*/).
