В смысле потребовало разные там devel для сборки? Правильно. После их
доустановки надо еще раз сделать rpm -rebuild......

На это всё можешь забить. Если сделать rpm -rebuild......, оно всё удалится
само после сборки.
После того, как пакеты соберутся, они окажутся в ~/RPM/RPMS/i686 (или какая
у тебя архитектура проца), возможно, в ~/RPM/RPMS/noarch (все зависит от
конкретного пакета).
