src.rpm это пакет исходников со скриптами установки
его можно переделать в *.rpm командой rpm --rebuild *.src.rpm при этом в каталоге /home/user_name/RPM/RPMS/arch_name/ где arch_name имя архитектуры процессора(например athlon) появятся *.rpm файлы
А вот насчет kudzu ты сам подумай - ставишь ты флешку в USB под WIN98 и у тебя тут же находится новое USB устройство,только драйверов под него у WIN98 нет в итоге устройство обнаружено, а работать не работает.Проще говоря НЕТ, не заработает звук без модуля звуковухи.
