Может я чего не догоняю? В чём, собственно, преимущество IMAP перед POP3
"для дома для семьи"?
Я пользую Debian. woody на шлюзе, sarge на рабочей машине. Почтовая
система была - postfix (на рабочей машине) + masqmail (на шлюзе) +
fetchmail + procmail + sylpheed/mutt. Никаких проблем, практически
стандартные настройки. Сейчас решил попробовать postfix на шлюзе.
Единственное - у меня ни один провайдер нормально не релеит (даже с
авторизацией), так что почту рассылает непосредственно мой MTA на шлюзе.
Но это для меня мелочи - я весьма редко рассылаю письма более чем двум
адресатам.
