В данном случае пакет xfonts-uni-vga не поможет. Я вообще
сомневаюсь, что он имеет отношение к dosemu.

Как уже было сказано, виртуальный диск С: для dosemu
был создан неправильно (или путь прописан не тот).
Если ничего ценного предыдущая инсталляция dosemu
не содержит, рекомендую сделать rm -fR ~/.dosemu* ~/dosemu
и запустить dosemu заново.
