Не подскажете есть ли и в каком rpm пакете находится
perl модуль HTML::Mason !?
И вообщем, есть ли какой ресурс где описано содержимое пакетов, более
подробно чем описание в сизифе ?

В сизифе такого модуля нет.
Это очень специфический модуль, он работает вместе с модперлом.
Скорее всего, придется настраивать его вручную.
