Потому что std-ядро не собирается с win4lin.

Видимо, потому, что его maintainer последнее время занят -- от него давно не было
слышно новостей. Такое случается.
2.4.21rel -- так назывались ядра версии 2.4.21 в Сизифе. В тот момент мы
начинали прорабатывать новую схему сборки ядер и была допущена вот такая
промашка, исправленная позже в 2.4.22. В 2.4.21 исправить ее было нельзя,
так как по RPM версия 2.4.21rel > 2.4.21.
