Ну да -- glibc* должны быть одной версии. Вам тогда надо
rpm -Uvh --oldpackage glibc-все_старые_пакеты, только крайне
аккуратно и понимая, что можно остаться возле нерабочей системы,
т.е. держа под рукой rescue CD и где-нибудь на fs -- наборы
glibc*rpm из ALM2.2 и тех версий, что установлены сейчас.
И запасной root shell, желательно.
