если карточки от Intel (типа 100 Pro Server), то Intel-овые дрова это очень
красиво поддерживают (они это почему-то называют team, а не trunk) и утилита
для конфигурирования есть, я сам раньше такое строил - работает неплохо
вообще поддержка в ядре есть наверно для всех карт, но не со всеми все гладко
при этом транки должен поддерживать свич и их нужно на нем настраивать
Но IMHO на сегодняшний день наверно уже целесообразнее взять гигабитную карту
и не морочить себе за...цу
