Как в оффтопике.
1. Даешь машинам имена.
2. Присваиваешь адреса (например 1.1.1.1 и 1.1.1.2)
3. В /etc/hosts прописываешь соответствия <имя> <адресс>
4. Запускаешь сервисы (ftp, netfs, http, samba,...)
5. Энджёишся.
