Гм. А монтировать пробовал? ;-) По дефолту инсталлер НТФС не
прописывает в fstab. Но монтироваться должно всё нормально.
mount /dev/hda1 /mnt/windows -o ro,nls=cp1251,umask=0

у меня у юзера такая локаль, в случае koi8 ИМХО надо ее писать
