А какой модем и какие конкретно драйверы это просят? Если это
бинарный модуль, собранный под какое-то конкретное ядро из
RedHat/MDK/... - эти исходники не помогут. Если всё-таки обёртка для
бинарного модуля пересобирается под конкретное ядро, тогда, скорее
всего, будет достаточно пакета kernel24-headers (возможно, придётся
подправить Makefile, чтобы он искал заголовки ядра в соответствующем
месте).
