Нет такого. Во-первых, под Линукс не бывает гуёвых архиваторов --
бывают графические морды к консольным. А таковые, AFAIK, все
основываются на gtk или qt. Потому что на чем же еще?
Во-вторых, rar -- формат закрытый, и создавать его по этой причине
нельзя ничем, кроме оригинального rar for linux (опять же
консольного). При наличии такового в системе графические
морды обычно в состоянии работать с rar-архивами, но полного
доступа ко всем опциям rar они, конечно, не дают.
P.S. Предлагаю вместо "гуёвый" говорить и писать "ГИПповый"
(от слова "графический интерфейс пользователя" :-)
